For long-term storage, a full tank of quality fuel is generally best. A full tank leaves less room for moist air, protecting the tank and fuel system from internal corrosion. Fuel also degrades over months, so stabilisation matters the longer a car rests. For longer stays with us, fuel stabilisation is available as part of the car's care.

Stability matters more than any single number. A car wants a moderate temperature and moderate humidity, dry enough to prevent corrosion, never so dry that leather, rubber and trim begin to suffer. Our hall is insulated and naturally dry, and it stays steady through the seasons, sheltered from the daily swings that slowly do harm.

It comes with the care package — battery conditioning, tyre pressures and a check every two weeks, at €30 a month — rather than with the space itself. It matters because a stored battery discharges slowly on its own; left unattended for months it loses capacity and can fail entirely — a particular risk for modern cars whose electronics never fully sleep. Conditioning keeps the battery healthy and ready, so the car wakes properly and leaves on its own charge.

Tyres carrying a stationary load slowly deform where they meet the floor. The defence is monitored, corrected tyre pressure, checked and adjusted through the stay — part of the care package, at €30 a month. Routine attention, so the rubber stays as you fitted it.

That depends on the car, and on you. Some owners want their car brought to temperature periodically; others prefer it left resting on conditioning alone. Exercise is agreed as part of each vehicle's care plan rather than imposed as routine. Tell us how you would like your car kept, and we will keep it that way.

Comfortably. The steady, dry, clean conditions that keep a fifty-year-old classic well are the same conditions a modern supercar prefers. Each vehicle rests in its own marked space, so a carburetted classic and a hybrid flagship can be neighbours without compromise. The age of the car does not change the standard.

Of course. Your car remains yours, and you are welcome to see it. Viewings are private and by appointment — we do not operate an open door, because discretion protects every client, including you. Agree a time with us, and the facility and your vehicle will be ready for you.

On request, we arrange it through vetted enclosed-transport specialists, scheduled around you. Your car travels in a fully enclosed carrier, and we oversee both ends of the journey ourselves — from your door, your dealer or your event, throughout Portugal and further afield when needed.

A message ahead is all it takes. Tell us when and where you would like the car, and it will be ready: charged, checked and prepared for the road or for the carrier we organise. The further ahead you can tell us, the smoother it is; but readiness is the point of everything we do.

Yes — many collectors keep a car in Portugal precisely because they are not always here. We keep your vehicle in our care and prepare it for your return. As general guidance, a foreign-registered vehicle kept in Portugal beyond 183 days a year may require local registration; confirm your position with a professional adviser.

Yes. Storage complements insurance; it does not replace it. Many insurers offer reduced laid-up cover for vehicles kept off the road in a secured facility. We recommend telling your insurer the car is professionally stored, and confirming cover for transit if collection or delivery is booked. Your policy remains yours; our environment simply strengthens your position.

Most cars stay with us for a season or longer; some rest for years between drives. Beyond that there is no template. Each stay is shaped individually, with duration, services and access agreed around how you use the car. Tell us your circumstances and we will structure something around them.

Layers you will never notice, working around the clock. Access is restricted, recorded and verified. The facility is continuously monitored, with environmental sensors and layered alarm systems behind it. And the layer we value most is discretion: our address is unpublished, and our clients are never discussed.
